• Global Travel & Flight Reservations: Providing flight booking, group ticket issuance, travel reservations, and ticketing desk management.
• Digital Marketing Services: Providing performance advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), brand building, and corporate web growth strategy.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or portal features at any time without prior notice.

3. Autonomous Travel & Service Portal Disclaimer

SAP Global Services is an independent service portal. In the context of our Travel & Ticketing services, we act as a booking agent/intermediary between customers and third-party travel providers, including commercial airlines, hotel operators, and transit consolidation networks.

We do not claim ownership of or direct operation of third-party commercial airlines. All carrier logos, airline trademarks, and third-party brand identifiers displayed on our website are used solely for illustrative and informational purposes to convey service routing and availability.

4. Flight Reservations, Cancellations & Refund Policy

For bookings processed through our Travel & Flight Ticketing division:

• Name Accuracy: All flight reservations must be made in the exact name of the traveling passenger as shown on their valid government-issued photo ID or passport. Ticket transfers or passenger name changes post-issuance are subject to strict airline restrictions and fees.
• 24-Hour Grace Period: Select flight bookings may qualify for penalty-free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, subject to specific airline rules and fare conditions.
• Post 24-Hour Cancellations: Requests submitted after 24 hours of booking may be non-refundable or subject to airline-imposed cancellation penalties and administrative fees.
• Supplier Rules: Flight schedules, luggage allowances, seat selection, and fare rules are established directly by the operating carriers. SAP Global Services is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or route adjustments initiated by third-party airlines.

5. 3PL Logistics & Service Fulfillment

Logistics solutions arranged via SAP Global Services are governed by individual service agreements, bills of lading, and freight manifests issued for each consignment.

• Delivery timelines provided are estimated and subject to customs delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen transit force majeure events.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo specifications, hazardous material disclosures, and recipient delivery metrics prior to dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content, text, custom graphic visuals, site design elements, code, and intellectual properties owned by SAP Global Services are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any portal materials for commercial exploitation without prior written consent.
• You agree not to perform actions that compromise site security, overload our infrastructure, or disrupt our business operations.
